This is a standard outside rear view mirror that will fit either the left or right side of the vehicle. Since Ford did not install the outside mirrors at the factory, you may have any type on the vehicle. This replacement mirror is a reproduction of a mirror that Ford sold in 1963. It is currently the only outside mirror that we offer and will be correct for all models of the 1960-1965 Ford Falcon & Mercury Comet. It is complete with the mounting pad and mounting screws.
If you are going to have your Falcon painted and are considering replacing the outside mirrors, we recommend you purchase the mirrors and check the old mounting holes in case they must be welded closed. It is much better to do this before the car is painted. The chrome head of this mirror is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and contains a 3 7/8 inch diameter glass mirror. The mounting base on this mirror is 5 1/8 inch long and the mounting holes are 4 1/8 inch center to center.
