MODULATOR CONTROL VALVE

This modulator control valve is used to assist in the shifting pattern of the automatic transmissions as installed in the 1960-1970 Ford Falcon & Mercury Comet. This valve is controlled via engine vacuum and a small adjustable screw installed in the vacuum input port of the valve. If your transmission is having problems shifting into gear, this valve could be the problem or it could be as simple as a damaged vacuum line that feeds it. This valve will fit all 2 speed automatics (Typically 1960-1964) as well as the 1965 + 3 speed (C-4) automatic transmissions.
